How do you recommend I care for my leather bag?
Our products are made from high quality materials intended to last even through everyday use.  We recommend that you spot treat your leather items with a wet cloth, and regularly condition them with a leather protectant.  You can purchase our recommended leather protectant online.

Do you sell gift cards?
We do!  You can select the amount for your Aimee Kestenberg Gift Card that's right for you.  Please note that all gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

I've ordered a gift card.  What happens next?
The gift card will be emailed to the address used at checkout.  You can forward this email to the recipient.  The email contains a detailed description for how to redeem the code. Aimee Kestenberg Gift Cards never expire!

ORDERING

Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Yes. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. Upon completion of checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another email to notify you once your order ships.

Why should I create an account?
Creating an account offers you faster checkout since you will not have to re-enter your shipping and billing information. When you place an order, that information will be filled in automatically to your default addresses. Additionally, all your previous purchases will be saved and viewable in one place. Create an account now.

I tried to login to my account, but it's not working.  What should I do?
We're really excited to have unveiled a new site design in May 2020.  Unfortunately, this does mean that if you had an account set up prior to this, it's no longer available.  Please sign up again and save your information.  We apologize for any inconvenience, but hope you enjoy all the other new features now available!

How do I change or cancel an order?
Because our system is designed to process orders very quickly, it is not always possible to make any changes or cancel an order after it has been placed.  Please contact us here to see if we can make a change to your order. Otherwise remember that we offer free returns!  Please contact returns@affordableluxurygroup.com for a return label once you have received your order if you wish to return it.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, and AfterPay. Prices for all of our items are listed in US Dollars, whether you're logging in from the US, Canada, or any other country.

How do I use a promo code?
Simply enter your offer code in the text box marked “Promo Code” on the billing page during the checkout process. When an offer code is accepted, it will be displayed in the order summary. Please Note: Promo Codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per order.

SHIPPING

What are your shipping fees?
We offer free FedEx Ground Shipping for all US orders, excluding luggage. For 2-Day or Overnight service, please review the rates at checkout. 

When will my order ship?
Please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) processing time for all ground orders. You must place your order before 11:30am (EST) for same day shipping, otherwise it will be processed the following business day. 

How do I know that my order has been shipped?  How do I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

My USPS tracking number shows delivered, but I don't have it yet.  What should I do?
Due to the USPS using multiple carriers, at times packages show as ‘Delivered’ 48 hours before arrival.  Please wait 48 hours, and if your package has still not been delivered please contact us.

What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship internationally to Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom & Italy for a $45 flat rate for shipping.  Duties and Taxes will be collectable upon delivery.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
To ship to a PO box, please select Free Ground Shipping at checkout and your order will be delivered via USPS.  Unfortunately FedEx does not offer service to P.O. boxes. Orders shipping to P.O. boxes with FedEx service will be delayed until we are able to contact you for a business or residential address.

RETURNS

What is your Return Policy?
Beginning with orders placed on 3/15/2023 and after, returns are $5 for all US shipments. $5 will be automatically deducted when credit for return is issued. Product must be in new and unused condition.  Unfortunately we cannot accept any international returns.

How should I ship my return?

Securely repack the product(s) in the original packaging and include any accessories. Apply the pre-paid return label and drop the package off at your nearest USPS location.

How long does it take to process a return?
As soon as your return has been received by our team, we will process it within three (3) business days and send you an email confirmation when complete.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Please allow up to 5 business days from the time we received your return to process the refund. And allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to refund your account. Credit will be refunded back to your account in the same form which it was received.
