"I really like this backpack. It's super nice quality. I just wish they had better shipping practices. It was not wrapped up in a box to protect it, just flimsy wrapping which causes lots of dents in the leather which aim not happy about. I love the bag though. It's super nice. They just need to work on their packing as bit to damage the product before it gets to you."
