Love this style and amazing customer service

"I have 2 of this bag in this size, Dark Denim and Cherry Suede, and both are gorgeous. The size is practical and you can fit everything in it: purse, keys, phone, umbrella, etc. with the pockets on the side meaning smaller items that can get lost in bigger bags have their own place. However, better than the bags is Aimee's customer service. I had an issue with another bag and Roxane and the team could not do enough to sort it. I'm from the UK, so getting bags from Aimee is not cheap, but great bags and even greater customer service will keep me coming back."

"Love the bag, hate the shoulder strap. I switched it out for my brown shoulder strap from my Coach Tabby Shoulder bag and it matches perfect. Also, it’s a tad longer so the drop length is a little better. If the shoulder strap that came with the bag was just a tad longer and had just a single strap that would be nicer. Just too mich going on with that strap and its not comfortable."
