"I like backpack style purses because you can go hands free if needed. I bought the Tabitha mini in Stsrdust and received It in three days, I live in Edmonton, Alberta Canada, so that was way faster than expected pulse it’s really nice looking. "I ordered 2 of the backpacks due to the promo code as with living in the UK I have to pay substantial postal charges. As I a live outside of the USA I am unable to return goods under your policy. I therefore look on You Tube and QVC for video presentation of the bags to make 100% certain it is suitable for me. It would be helpful if you could do a short video or show at least a 360 degree rotational image like some fashion retailers do like ASOS of all your bags as not all of them are on You Tube and QVC and I would probably purchase more as sometimes difficult from just the images /pictures you have to decide if suitable. i am very happy with your customer services. Charry in particular is excellent I recently had an issue with being charged taxes as well as my original charge and he sorted everything out for me. Aimee keep up the good work and I hope soon that your bags will readily be available in the UK and I can see them in person before I purchase. Also keep up the offer codes. Happy customer"

"I have only ever worn out a handbag one time from years of use, and it was from Aimee. I am very impressed with the customer service from this company, and the little things that made a big impression. I will buy from Aimee again! I was having a hard time deciding if I needed this new handbag/backpack for a trip I had coming soon. I got a text from them offering a percentage off . I replied to the text, never expecting to see a reply, as I wanted to purchase but was concerned I wouldn’t receive item for the trip I’d be specifically be purchasing it for. I got a reply acknowledging my concern, and suggesting expedited shipping, with the percentage off code specific to this text exchange. I used the link, bought the bag and hoped for the best. I received the backpack quickly. When the bag arrived the package contained a beautiful thank you note printed on cardstock. The bag was well wrapped with decorative tissue. I normally wouldn’t consider a backpack style handbag for security reasons, but I liked the style and the added snap at the top for piece of mind. The materials are luxurious, leather supple, and sturdy. The foil design added some fun and color to this bag. I liked the inside pocket as well as the decent size pocket on the back of the bag. Overall I am very impressed with customer service, expedited shipping, and quality of item."
