EU Right of Withdrawal

This page applies to consumers located in the European Union. It describes your statutory right of withdrawal, which is separate from our standard returns policy.

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU as amended by Directive 2023/2673), you have the right to withdraw from any contract concluded at a distance (including online purchases) within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs beyond those specified below.

2. Withdrawal Period

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods.

For orders containing multiple items delivered separately, the period begins on the day you receive the last item.

3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. You can do this in any of the following ways:

• Online (fastest): Use the withdrawal button at the top of this page, or the link in your order confirmation email
• Email: Send an unambiguous statement to support@aimeekestenberg.com with your order number and the words "I wish to withdraw from my contract"
• Model Withdrawal Form: Complete and submit the form at the bottom of this page

We will send you an acknowledgement of your withdrawal by email without delay.

4. What You Will Receive Back

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, we will refund you no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice. We will refund:

• The full price of the returned item(s)
• The standard delivery cost for your order (if you selected an express or premium shipping option, we will refund only the equivalent of our standard delivery rate)
• Any import duties or taxes paid, pro-rated to the returned items

We will process your refund using the same payment method you used for your original purchase, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method. You will not be charged any fee for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

5. Returning the Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear that cost.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if that diminished value is the result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

6. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. monogrammed items)
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
• Goods that, after delivery, have by their nature become inseparably mixed with other items
