I have the same question: What is the difference between shiny black and vintage black? Confused how shiny black is less shiny…
Hi Kathy! Thanks for your question! Black with Shiny Black is our Black Glove Tanned Leather which has a natural finish. The Shiny Black refers to the hardware finish. The Vintage is a black leather with a shiny coating on it with Shiny Black hardware. Let us know if you have any other questions!
The two blacks look almost identical, and the one that seems less shiny says “black with shiny black,” so I am a little confused on what the main difference is.
Hi Mel! thank you for showing interest in our Bali Double Entry Satchel. The black with shiny black is a regular leather that is less shiny with no coating on it. It is our regular glove-tanned leather. Our Black Vintage is shiny with a coating on it. I hope it helps!
